Carrot Cake with "cream cheese" frosting

PITTA, VATA balancing

Made with a nourishing blend of organic spelt, chickpea, and coconut flour, this cake supports easy digestion. It is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and coconut sugar. Finely grated carrots provide a cooling effect on Pitta while pacifying Vata with their mild moisture. A handful of sprouted seeds and blanched almonds help balance Pitta, or they can be swapped for walnuts to ground excess Vata. A trio of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves not only enhances the cake’s aromatic depth but also supports circulation, digestion, and a sense of inner calm. It is perfectly paired with a zesty "cream cheese" frosting sweetened with maple syrup.

Orange Cake with Orange Blossom frosting

VATA, PITTA balancing

Specially crafted to balance Vata dosha, bringing grounding sweetness and comforting moisture. Made with a wholesome blend of organic all-purpose and spelt flour, it provides a soft yet hearty texture that supports digestion. Coconut sugar adds natural sweetness without overwhelming, while dried cranberries offer a chewy contrast and a gentle burst of tartness.

The zest of fresh orange infuses the cake with uplifting citrus notes, promoting warmth and vibrancy, while a hint of cloves adds a cozy, grounding spice to calm Vata’s airy and cool nature. Paired with a silky orange blossom water-infused frosting, enhancing the cake with a delicate floral aroma.

Spiced Chocolate Cake

KAPHA balancing

Since gluten is best avoided by Kapha types, this cake is crafted with a certified gluten-free blend of millet, chickpea, and arrowroot flours.

While aggravating Vata and Pitta, cocoa's warming nature helps balance excess Kapha dosha. Coconut sugar, sweet potato, and apple sauce provide just the right amount of sweetness without amplifying Kapha’s tendency toward heaviness and sluggishness. Cinnamon, cardamom, and anise help ignite Agni (digestive fire), prevent stagnation, and encourage circulation. The cake is perfectly complemented by a maple syrup-sweetened chocolate frosting.
